Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026. Starter terms for the ATS Key prototype; have them reviewed before wide launch.

The service

ATS Key reorders and formats the resume text you provide for a job and applicant tracking system you choose. It does not apply to jobs for you, does not guarantee interviews or hiring, and does not bypass employer systems. Match scores are estimates.

Your responsibilities

You must review every resume before using it. You are responsible for its accuracy. Only upload your own resume or one you have permission to use. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or automate heavy use.

Subscription and billing

The subscription costs 11 US dollars per month, billed through Stripe, and renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel any time from the Account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
